Lack of service / assistance

We were told by the director of Technicol SA College that once my son enrolled as student he will have back-up from their dept with his assignments and extra classes and classes for the difficult subject where he obviously needed a professional person to help him. This never realized. After many phone-calls and visits and e-mails, nothing has come off it. Now he passes the buck to juniors or give phoney numbers of so-called qualified people to assist my son. But of course when we arrive to pay for the next semester he is always happy to assist. My son is motivated and passed 2 of 3 subjects on N4 level without any help at all. All that we are asking is someone who has already qualified as quantity surveyor to assist my son. Certainly when you put yourself out there as an Educational Company, you must be able to deliver not only the study-material but also the education? There phone no 012 654 1316/7
