Bad Service

My wife registered to do her Matric rewrite through Intec it is the old cirriculum so next year is the last time for rewrite everything was okay her study material was sent and we were told by them to go to the Dept of Education to register to write. We went to the office in Sandton and was advised by a lady there that they are advising students to take easier subjects because if you just want to pass matric than you can take easy subjects but because she was doing it through Intec we must phone Intec and find out if they can change the subjects we did that but were told by the agent at student support that they were offline and somebody will get back to my wife within 24 to 48 hours that was the 02 Sept 2013 until now no 1 got back to her i personally phoned the 4 Sept 2013 and got a very rude consultant and the deadline was 25 Sept 2013 for registration so no 1 could help us with this regard we eventually went to the venue were the exam are gonna be written in Ivory park and they actaully offered the subjects with classes so i went back to Intec to cancell with all the supporting documents they got back to me yesterday and said my request were rejected i must pay R4600 to go ahead
