BAD SERVICE

I cannot believe how this college people, I enrolled in 2011, I had to beg to get my study material once I did, they had no communication with me no email about exams nothing, i had explained that I am a first time student and that i would love to attend classes and be kept informed about the processes as I was new at it, instead i got a bucket full of!!! I received a call saying that i had outstanding study material from them and that I should come pick it up 5 months into the course, professional behaviour really?? I then wrote a letter to cancel this course as i was not been taken into consideration, for 4 months no one said anything until they started requesting money, 2 months ago someone called me and requested that i send her the letter i cancelled the course with, of which i did and she never responded. YOU WILL NOT GET A CENT FROM ME, i paid a deposit for studies and I got half of the material, now i am suppose to fill out a bill for a service i never received you can stop threatening me about bad listing me and go ahead, your service is and you dont deserve to even have students paying a cent to you, so stop sending me stupid mails and calling.
