"major is needed for this qualification."

I tried registering online for my 1ST year, and it keeps sayING my application was unsuccessful because major is needed for this qualification.

I could not fix the error and submitted it on to the registrations department. On My Unisa under edit registrations: shows that my modules are in progress.

I just want to know if everything is fine with my registration and why did it pop up that error?
