Battling to register for 2013 - 40957802

I have been trying for 2 weeks to register for 2013.. I have managed to select the modules but when trying to proceed to the payment section, the screen goes blank. When I try and edit the registration, then I get a message that I have not registered. When I try and get the invoice, then again I get the message that I have not registered. Every time I try and go through the registration process, after my modules page, the screen goes blank.

Please assist urgently.
