UNISA is no university but rather a joke, ha ha ha

You must be joking?
Firstly calling 30 numbers trying to get the information I need, then when somebody eventually answers I get told that I need a Matric to register for my 3rd year BCompt modules? and according to them I don't have one? seriously!
So I ignore the lady about the matric issue as she clearly made a mistake and confide to their grand new emailing system to obtain my documents.

5 Days later I get a response that got me laughing at least.

I Asked for an official stamped quotation and they send me something that looks like it was done in a notepad?
But it is quite clear to me now how they guys represent themselves and how proud UNISA staff must be of their work.
You can forget about the documents I have requested, I had to take off work and drive all the way in to campus because of their great communication channels to their students at a distance learning institution.
