Registration issues - helpline not helping

Dear UNISA

I am having trouble registering for a qualification that I have already replied for - BA (LAL) 02283 (N11)
The error that I get before I select modules is "Temporary registration is for 04693"

I have emailed the helpline (study-info@unisa.ac.za and artes@unisa.ac.za) but the communication has been really slow and inefficient.

Please can someone assist me with this soon?
