Unable to register for modules

I have been trying to register for modules for degree no. 02038 since 11th July. Every time I try under that degree no. I get the message: 'This qualification is only available to repeaters'. I also tried what I did last semester - register for 99311 (I was advised to do this and ask for the modules to be assigned to 02038 after) but that gave me: 'Temporary registration was for 02038'. I have tried a different browser, retried each day... same thing each time. I emailed them on the 11th but no reply and tried calling many times on 11th but no answer, except for when they answer and put the phone down. I have just tried to register again now and same thing. I have posted a message on their Facebook page but they say they don't reply to individual queries... I don't know what else to do.
