Lost application documents and lack of feedback

After being accepted last year fo ND: HRM I was told on the day of my registration that because I studied there before B Tech: Retail Business management, I didnt have to do the ND: HRm that I could apply straight away for BTech: HRM as the instituition would exempt me for the national diploma. I was then told that they would see if they could get me on the short list to attent class. Unfortunately I was not successful as by this time the class was full. I was then advised by Mervyn Cloete in faculty dept that I shold cancel my ND application and apply for BTech. I August last year I then registered to apply for BTech: HRM as Mervyn advised. Drawing close to the end of the.year I decided to call in to establish my application status and was told that there was no record for me applying. After having wasted a year, 2012, because of no one giving me the correct information to begin with, at this point I was very frustrated, but decided to go to the instituition to hear what was happening. I then was given another form by Theo Messiah in applications department to complete and promised me he would get the matter sorted & give me feedback.
