Can't apply @ Unisa due to their incompetance

Hi there,

I previously did a short course through UNISA in 2010 and was given a short course student number. I now want to study with UNISA next year and could not apply online due to the fact that i had a short course student number against my name. I went into your centre in Pretoria, stood in the queue with all my information and got sent around from counter to counter until someone could point me to someone who slightly understood what i was talking about. The gentlemen explained to me that they would have to do the application manually and that i should leave it in his hands. He helped me complete a manual application for the higher certificate in economic and management science.
About a month later and still nothing back, so i go back to UNISA and get told it has been processed i just need to pay. Which i do. Registration time comes and yet again i cannot register online because something is wrong with my application. 3 visits later and a website query (no 5) and i get told i do not qualify for the course i applied for, but i do qualify for the Higher certificate in economic and management science - which is what i applied for???

can someone please help me apply???
