BTECH QUALITY

I have applied for the BTECH Quality last year October at UJ and I got a provisional acceptance. Therefore I was able to apply for a bursary which is currently approved. Now I have been advised that there is no space available for me to study with UJ.

What is the policy for successful applicants but failed to register, what is going to happen to their spaces.
Does it mean there is a waiting list of unsuccessful applications due to space constraint.
