Exorbitant fees charged for change of exam venue

I was offered a job in Bermuda last week, which I accepted. I contacted UNISA to enquire about the change of exam venue. I initially sent an email and sms but received no reply and I eventually was able to contact someone telephonically. I was advised that I could change it on myunisa but that I should email exams@unisa.ac.za as well. When I enquired about the fee I was advised that it would not cost more than R150. I even emailed exams@unisa.ac.za enquiring about the change but received no reply. I changed the exam centre on myunisa and a day later received an email advising that the exam centre will only be changed once the fee has been paid. The email did not state the amount of the fee. On logging onto myunisa again, I found out that I had to pay R4500 immediately for the change of exam centre. I paid the amount as the closing date for the exam venue change was the 31 August 2013. Surely it cannot cost R4500 (R900 per subject) worth of admin to change an exam venue. It has cost me more than what my fees cost for the term and surely this cannot be expected of any student to pay. Charge even R1000 but R4500 is alot of money to pay for an admin function. PLEASE HELP
