BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!

I sent a mail to unisa on the 23/01/2013 to enquire a couple of things about my modules and till today no reponse, i then decided on tuesday the 05/02/2013 to go to the offices her Johannesburg central and they could not help me sent me to either florida or pretoria.
this is pathetic since there is no call centre it is impossible to get a hold of anyone at unisa, they should really consider going back to the call centr where a person can call in and get answers instead of being pushed around from pillar to post. THIS IS PATHETIC!!!
