Unisa's service is pathetic

Firstly Unisa closed their call centre and the only way you can get hold of them is via email. The only problem is nobody responds to your queries, and if they do they pass the buck to someone else who doesnt reply, if you ever get anything right it is only a month later. They have taken my money for a module I moved to second semester, but when second semester came Unisa did not send me any study material or any communication with what is happening. I am so sick of Unisa's staff being incompetant. How can there be no call centre?? Its pathetic, they ask you to sms them but they do not reply to smses. I feel like I am losing my mind here. Time and time again Unisa dissappoints. No communication at all. It is impossible to get any information out of them! I just want to know what is happening with my module which I already paid for!! FML. I am just wasting my time actually because I know Unisa will not respond to this complaint.
