APPLYING AND REGISTRATION

I was granted a learnership where i am working and called Rosebank college wanting to know whether the can freeze my stsudies and continue same year or continuing with them and the agent advised that they will refund me and i can continue the following year, when i called in for the second time wai was told hat i wont be refunded and asked how they can help me they confirmed that my application was terminated which i was never advised on, liased with the Principal and the advisor by the name of Lebogang Lepota who is ignoring my email till today, my proble is that we are given incorect information everytime whne calling in, if i knew of if the bothered to communicate with me was gonna register and continue with my studies and proceed with the Learnership the next year, now there is no one one to help[, email and calls were made still no response, Bontle advised she will call me up to this day stil waiting for her call.
Where is conssistency here.
