Lyceum College
No refund

I registered with Lyceum paid deposit and monthly installments which amount to R8000+. I submitted my assignments in November and Jan for May exam, never got any responses if my assignments were received, I even applied for exams and I received no confirmation that I was accepted for the exams. I kept sending emails no one responded, most of the times when I called the calls were not answered. Phone just rang. In March I decided to cancel my studies with them and they told me there is no refund for me. I went through the cancellation policy it showed me what I would be penalized. Doing my calculations is not the whole R8000+ they refuse to refund me. I would not advice anyone to enroll with them. They don't care about their students only about the money. Is there anyone who can assist me regarding my refund please I need to register with another College
