F126 error code on online registration

I am currently Admitted as a UNISA student however I stayed for a couple of years not registerIng due to financIal constraInts. I sent UNISA an emaIl last year queryIng If I am stIll admItted at UNISA and If I can contInue wIth my course that I was studyIng, a lady responded to my email and advised I was still active as a student on their sIde and that I could continue with my course or even apply for a new course as my current course will be phased out next year, she gave me my student number and I was relieved. I have been trying In vain for days to re-register online but I get a F126 error code each time saying I do not qualify for that qualificatIon and that I should change my course code, I am very confused and have sent countless emails to UNISA but have yet to get a response. I am worried because registratIon is closIng on the 25th of January 2013...
