UNISA unable to change my exam venue

It is disapointing and disturbig to note that UNISA been a huge organisation in South Africa was unable to assist me with changing my exam venue. I was promoted in Setember 2013 and it required me to move from Durban to Johanneburg. I approached UNISA and explained to them the situation that i have moved provinces due to work reasons and I need a change in venue, I supplied them with all the documents which confirmed my promotion and UNISA refused to assist me. I understand and respect that UNISA'S cut off date was the 30/08/13, but we are employed full time with commitments and things happen unexpectedly. A process should just be a guide line and if a client such as myself comes with a valid reason i am certain that there is an exception that can be made. The staff at all the UNISA offices are unhelpful, unfriendly and rude and deserve to be replaced. Now UNISA has costed me one semester of my life which means a further 6 months before i graduate. UNISA should be encouraging students to write their exams and get degrees to assist in HELPING S.A with the skills shortage. I NEED ASSITACE UNISA SO GET UP FROM BEHIND YOUR DESK AND BE A UNIVERSITY. UKZN GLADLY ASSISTS THEIR STUDENTS.
