UNISA's lack of interest and assistance

I have been to the Florida campus to sort out my registration I had been sent around the entire campus and no one could help therefore I cancelled my registration with them, 1200 was taken away despite my cancellation which was in time and the rest of my money is still standing in their account which no1 seems to know how to help get it back. recently I have also misplaced my certificate I qualified for with them. after CCing 10 people all they do is forward my email to others to assist and Ive called 10 different numbers and keep getting transferred! at 1 point I was transferred to a lawyer! unisa has a useless system and employ people who only seem to know reception skills on how to transfer people! I need urgent assistance! just a simple letter stating ive misplaced my certificate so I can get my visa to study in the UK since the "university of south Africa" have no clue on how to get things working!
