UNISA PE staff refusing to assist student

I was experiencing a problem registering online then I decided to go into the branch to register. When I got to the branch I experienced the same problem at the self help terminal. I was then directed to the front desk for assistance by one of the student advisors. When I got to the front desk after already waiting an hour and 15 minutes to register the lady refused to assist me. Down right refused! Not only was I embarrassed but it was a fruitless trip even though I had to take off work to register. I hope UNISA knows how much damage they are doing to their students. I am definitely going to enrol with a different university and encourage my friends to do the same as well as my family. And to top it off UNISA seem to be taking the frustration of their students lightly as if it's not their concern. Your online registration system isn't working, your telephone numbers listed on the website isn't working, your walk in centre staff are refusing to assist students. What options does that leave us with?
