FROM PILLAR TO POST WITH NO OUTCOME

I have been emailing UNISA since NOVEMBER 2013 regarding various enquiries about my degree, exam venues, honours letter received congratulating me for finishing my degree when I have not yet done so, etc. I have yet to have a response. Since being back at work in 2014 I have attempted calling UNISA, but have had no success there either, I either get transferred from department to department or the admin department gives me a mouthful about how they are too busy with students enquiring about registrations to help me with my very "DIFFICULT" enquiry. When I asked to be transferred to an advisor, the person who never furnished me with his name (Admin Dept) simply put the phone down. It is absolutely shocking how poor their service is.

My enquiry is really very simple, I would like a response to my queries regarding my degree at their earliest convenience. If someone competent could contact me.
