Can't register subjects for 2014

I'm trying to register online for the following subjects to complete degree BA (HSS) code 02313 in 2014:
WFS3703 / WFS3704 / WFS3705 / CMY3702 / CMY3704 / CMY3705 / CMY3708

I get the following error message:
EXP TEST: * Registration for study unit is not allowed, student is not a repeater - WFS3703 * Registration for study unit is not allowed, student is not a repeater - WFS3704 * Registration for study unit is not allowed, student is not a repeater - WFS3705 *

I have sent emails to relevant departments but have not had a response. I need to know why it gives me the above message and the way forward so I can complete my degree.

I have never had an issue with registering for subjects online before.
