SERVICE AND POOR ATTITUDE

The department of graduation at UNISA is rubbish, I first had to wait a good half hour before anyone took my call and then after someone did answer, I was transferred to everyone except the department I asked for. Eventually after I reached the department the operator was slow to help, and did not give any information of use! I was polite and explained that I needed my degree ahead of time or I would not be able to register for my annual teaching licence, she then merely stated...'some universities are slower than others', I will not be recommending UNISA to anyone in future as no one should have to wait 5-6 months just to receive their hard earned degree!
