Hi There

it is absolutely sad that I had to resolve to this to getting the attention I can not get. it is absolutely pathetic. I have being studying with College SA for a year and half now. I went on a take a study break and to my delight two of the three months being month 2 & 3 they debited my account. Ensuring every thing will be absolutely fine the next month. Gosh I have officially hit my hatrick month with them. My car went unpaid for 3 months, with them threatening to repossess my vehicle... Who wouldn't after 7 attempts of unpaid instalments. They offered me free studying, unfortunately every month my account got debited.

Last week I get a statement of account showing I haven't paid for two months. Now I get an sms stating my account will be debited on the 15th of January as well as an sms for my so called tutor even though im done studying??? I called for the manager who apparently was busy ever since. Zaheer is definitely avoiding me, and does not want to give me the details for the manager either. What should I Do???
