I am really not getting any help from Unisa. I am struggling to get the information I need. I am sent from pillar to post.

I need the following information:

o Information of Short Course for Customer Relationship Management - Marketing (17633)
o Price of this course
o Duration of this course
o Registration period of First Semester
o Commencement of First Semester
o Registration period of Second Semester
o Commencement of Second Semester
o Whether classes should be attended
o Examination

I need all of this information in a written format to present to my employer. I am struggling since July this year to get any help from Unisa (based on the 1890 Hallo Peter complaints I am not the only one).

Can any one assist me with this information as I need it ASAP.
