Damelin Correspondence College
Bad service and no feed back

I went to Damelin correspondence college to request a trasfer from corresponcence to part time, Spoke to Rosanna who said i need to bring back the correspondence study material and pay the amount due, which i did and she confirmed that everything is in order, that was on the third week of January, she told me it week take a week or two to finalise and transfer everything.till today i haven't heard any feed back from Rosanna till i called the office and told them what happened, she tried to call me back only on the 13 Feb after i complain about her bad service.when i called back cause i got her missed call i was told that i have to wait another month before my request is finalised.the classes in part time have already started and i'm told that i have to wait for another month for approval to transfer and no one is communicatng anything to me.please help, ans in the meantime Dmelin correspondence is busy debiting my account for studying that i am not attending, i dont even have their study material but they are busy debiting my account.
