Incorrect Registration

I originally received a confirmation letter and invoice from college SA stating that I am registered for 13 subjects which I used to apply for my student loan. When my bank contacted me saying they need confirmation I am still studying, the college sent me a letter stating I am only registered for a year and a half and for 7 subjects. It has been nearly 2 weeks and still this has not been corrected and nobody is able to give me a answer as to why their system is showing me registered for 7 subjects and not the correct 13 subjects. It is a lot of money that I have paid to the college and would like either for this issue to be resolved immediately or would like a full refund as this is not the 1st problem I have had with the college and have suffered due to their negligence. Also it is wasting my time as I have now taking it into my own hands to try get this problem resolved. Every time I call for a manager or principal I am told they are not in or are busy, my student adviser is the only person that I have spoken to that has helped me in this matter, who informed me that they are struggling to get hold of the people that can resolve this.
