I feel so robbed by IQ, I wanted to study with them so I sent a please call me message and they called to make an application, a month later after they deducted the monthly installment I asked for a refund and they did refund me but was told I was liable for a R900 cancellation fee, I mean what is it for? What have they done for me? It feels like daylight and their agents are so unprofessional I mean I asked for a refund on that R900 and the lady was so incompetent gave me this "I need to confirm with my supervisor" I'm disgusted at their service and everything I can't wait to tell as many people about this
