Each of contract and failure to delive

I have joined in July, Fernwood Business College was very quick to debit the monthly instalment from my account ever since but until today I have not received any study material whatsoever. I have twice received an sms which says that my study material will be sent which has not happened.

If I want to now cancel this, I am liable to pay a R900 cancellation fee to them for doing NOTHING for me which I refuse to pay even if there contract states so as it is also breach of contract on their side to promise a client delivery within 14 to 21 days and that does not happen. I also want a full refund on the payments they have deducted from my account.

Extrememly dissatisfied and disgusted at the pathetic service and crookery.
