Falling to Inform the Client

After staying in Joburg Traffic from Radiokop to Sunnghill for about 2 Hours to attend a training, when I got there I was then informed that the Training was cancelled and they never informed me before as they were supposed to. Refereed the Issue to the Manager who didn't even bother to assist me.
