No help in trying

I tried to apply to do my CTA in accounting. I still have to complete one subject on Saturday in order to register to do the CTA. I was notified that I can still apply for admission until the 11th of January. They will provide me with a student number regardless of my rewrite. The outcome of my test will determine weather I can register or not.
When I sent the application they said I did not send adequate academic records. I reviewed my application and ensured I attached all necessary documents and a letter stating my situation and the approval I got from UNISA representatives. I still don't have a student number and when I call no one picks up the phone.
I cant afford to loose a whole year of learning. Please keep to your agreements.
