I am trying to do a web registration and I get this message error below

Dear Prospective Student

This communication is to inform you that your application for admission to study at Unisa for the 2014 academic year was incomplete, and could therefore not be finalized.
You will unfortunately not be permitted to submit the outstanding item (s) at this stage. If you are still interested to register with Unisa for the semester 2 registration period, you may apply again during the next application period which will run from 7 - 25 April 2014. Alternatively, you may apply during August 2014 for the 2015 academic year for year- and semester courses.
