Qualification Incomplete

I have sent email after email after email asking for someone at UNISA to give me advice on selecting exactly the right modules to complete my degree. Eventually I received an email from someone who advised me. I took these exact modules as advised and have now passed all of them. To my knowledge my qualification should now have been completed. However, it is not. I have received no help from anyone at UNISA regarding this despite now having sent 8 emails asking for help. I have applied for a post grad in the UK for which I have been accepted based on the fact that I have completed my qualification with UNISA. The registration for that expires this Friday which means I have to wait an entire year before I can register again.

I have copies of all the emails should this be required.
