Abusive with very bad work ethic

I contacted the owner of Lotto Legal Academy, Martin Lotter 30 October 2013 via e-mail to find out if he could assist me with memorandums for legal accounting. He responded immediately and said that he could and mentioned his tariff per hour. I emailed him again on 1 November 2013, mentioning the specific papers that I require for my examination preparation, requestion a quotation. He responded that he will do four memorandums and specified the price payable. He said the papers will be ready 13 November 2013, 14:00. When I received the envelope I noticed that he did not do the memorandums that we specifically agreed on. He only printed out a few old papers from studynoteswiki, which I had no interest in. I tried to phone him to find out why he did not honour our agreement but he did not want to take my calls. The next day he phoned me and tried to give me a phony excuse that his computer fell (but still managed to make print outs?). When I mentioned this he started cursing me and hung up the phone. He also sent me very abusive sms's and emails even asking if I was "mentally " when I demanded that he honour our agreement. I have all correspondence in writing.
