Car papers required

I purchased a car through MFC many years ago, it was paid off either in 2004 or 2005 and I did not get my papers. I do not have my account number but have all the car details and my ID number. I need a copy of my papers so that I can sell the vehicle. After being on hold and passed from person to person I was eventually advised to go into a Nedbank branch where I was informed that they could not assist and took my details. No one has come back to me. I have sent numerous emails to [Email Removed] and they have responded asking for my account number which I do not have and have mentioned as much in my correspondence. I am getting desperate and do not know who to contact.
