Disregard of student's queries

I applied to be credited for subjects done at uj with unisa early this year and still to this day i have not received any response. i sent numerous emails to adhoccredits@unisa.ac.za which contained a syllabus, an academic record and form crediting of subjects. i also made a whole lot of calls to 0124415593, 0124415596 and 0124415595 were i couldn't get help or a light of what i must do. at on of the numbers i was told that it would take 3 months to have the said subjects credited. three months down the line nothing had been done and i had to take a day off work to go to the pretoria branch, were i was told that my application was not attended to and i had to fill a new credit form to this effect. it is no 3 days after my visit and nothing has come to light and i will properbly have to wait till next year to have go to unisa again to try and have this mind tiring matter resolved.
