Lack of communication

I am the guardian of Tefo P. Mofokeng.. I have called the college to find out the possibility to register him at the college. Dennis said "YES" I can as there is still space in HR course. I did that and pay all the necessary fees as stipulated in their website. Tefo send the application form and I was expecting they will give him all information regarding his first year semester but that did not happened. I personally called Dennis to find out what might be the problem, He (Dennis) answered the call but the moment I asked him about the development in this matter he said he will call me as he is in the middle of the meeting. I find it unacceptable for such institution knowing that it take such huge amount of deposit will they know they won't be able to cater for all the needs of this students... I just want to know the way forward whether will be able start know or when...
