DENNIS PAPA - OUTSTANDING SERVICE

On Thursday I went to disc hem Norwood to collect my medication. Dennis Papa helped me and besides giving me good advice, he was so charming, efficient and he has a great personality. There was a problem with one of my meds and Dennis promised to phone my medical aid and sort out the problem. Dennis promised to phone me back to advise me. I thought "ya, Im sure "and never expected to hear from him. I am accustomed to empty unfulfilled promises. Lo and behold, bright and early yesterday, Dennis phoned me to tell me that he had resolved the problem and I could collect my meds. Please bear in mind that disc hem is hectically busy especially at this time of year and nothing was too much for Dennis. What wonderful, exceptional service and what a fantastic man and a real tribute to Dischem. I wish some of the other pharmacists could take a lesson
