Paying for nothing want money back!

I have just about had it with this company and I expect a full refund immediately! I joined oxbridge last year and was told I would write my exams in November. In October I requested certain books that were compulsory for me to write the exams. They were supposed to be posted to me and they forgot to register me for exams. I was promised I would write in Feb 2013. It is now end of Jan and still no material from anyone to be able to write my exams not even an email with the dates. Empty promises no results I want my money back every single cent. I will NOT pay for services not received.
