Extortion for offering un-accredited PI course

I completed a Private Investigation course with COLLEGE SA last year (2012)., to my surprise when I wanted to register with PSIRA to become a Private Investigator, I was told to take the certificate to SASSETA for accreditation since they cannot find my name on the system when they check. The feedback I got from SASSETA is that the accredited training provider are the once responsible for submitting students or learners information to them so that their information would be on the database and according to them COLLEGE SA is not on the list of the accredited training provider. So COLLEGE SA is not accredited to offer the Private Investigation course and the course is also not accredited, but they (COLLEGE SA) are busy extorting money from students by offering un-accredited Private Investigation course, while they are also not accredited to offer that course. I am currently stuck with a worthless Private Investigation certificate which I am unable to use it to register as a Private investigator and on top of that a paid a lot of money for this course.
I want my money back.
