Desperate and frustrated with UNISA!!!

My long, frustrating and tear inducing saga started with UNISA last year when the application process started. After more than 8 hours queing at the Durban branch I FINALLY registered for subjects that I was told by the advisor that I needed to do, this was in December 2012. Now I have receieved 2 messages from a UNISA staff member in Durban named Nomphumolelo who says he needs to speak to me before he can finalise my registration. My assistant has asked him to phone back both times after 2pm as I am an educator and can not have my phone with me in the classroom. Both times he has said he will phone back and both times I have heard nothing. My assistant asked if I could contact him in any way rather and he said no. He also said he could not email me. The last time he phoned though, he said that since he can't get hold of me, I need to go in to UNISA AGAIN to see him!!! I cannot take leave from work hence the fact I thought I had finalised everything (according to the staff member I saw in December) before the new year started.

I am desperate, I have emailed every UNISA address I can find, I have phoned every number I can find and it just rings and rings.
Please help me!!!
