Still waiting for confirmation of my graduation

I finished my degree Oct/Nov 2012 and have still not recieved any confirmation of my graduation. I have tried calling the numbers on the UNISA website, but there is no response.

My Post-grad registration got rejected because it says "Qualification not complete". When will my academic record be updated from " Qualification not complete" to " Qualification complete"??? Registrations have already closed and I'm still waiting! How can Unisa expect students to be able to register for Post-graduate studies when they take so long to confirm their qualifications/ registration closes so early?
