Be careful when paying a deposit

I booked a course via Edunetworks and paid R6078.48 for a training session in Cape Town in September 2012. The company then cancelled the course in Cape Town and I requested a refund. Dumisane and his entire creditors department promised the refund of the money as they had not made good on providing the service. Despite numerous promises from Dumisane and his entire team, THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY. BUNCH OF ARTISTS.

Dumisane is always travelling and promises to get "his ladies" to correct the error, only never correcting it.
