I would like to convey my utmost disappointment with the service I received from Unisa. My module Commercial Law (CLA 1501) was cancelled due to non payment 50% of the module fee, I receive daily sms from unisa confirming the library is closed or there's no water but matters which affect me directly I don't receive. Its common courtesy for a text message to be sent to inform me about outstanding payments as well as failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of my module.
On Friday 27/09/2013 I logged onto myunisa &for the first time noticed my module had been cancelled, I emailed finan@unisa.ac.za with no response on the 27/09/2013 to enquire will my module be reinstated once payment has been received, then emailed infoservices@unisa.ac.za, received only acknowledgement reply. I made payment &emailed Infoservices' on the 01/10/2013 to request my module be reinstated, I am still awaiting confirmation and when I check on myunisa the module Is still cancelled.
Its demotivating as a student who is preparing for exams to find out that i may not be able to write the exam. Kindly assist by reinstating my module urgently.
