Education... also just a moneymaking game???

Once i enrolled i was given a tutor Pat Darby, whom, in3 years i've spoken to once inspite of leaving numerous messages.i've dealt with the secretary, Grace. The1time i spoke to Pat Darby i really enjoyed our chat and i think she is a lovely person, which makes this even harder to report.i handed in section one-allowed 2 weeks (as stated) for marking, but had to phone after them for months till i finally got my A . section2 was the same thing. section3 had me wresteling with a 6 time crashed laptop! i finally submitted 8march 13:26.i phoned weeks later got told by Olivia Darby that my paper's not there.phoned back with the xact email it was sent from."o, love here it is, we'll put it on speedmark".weeks later i phoned again and spoke to Grace"ur paper is not here".i told her what olivia said.then she said"o i c it's beeing marked today"i told her Olivia said weeks ago she's putting it on speedmarking.then Grace said, "o i see here u have a C "i was like: WHAT? u just said it's not there, then it's being marked today, now i have a C".i gave up, got my paper in July with a B .they say if i pay an extra R1000 they can get more time??!!! i'm so tired of fighting! i heard bout hellopeter this week=0(
