DO NOT THREATEN ME!!!

Two Weeks ago I SPOKE to a lady by the name of either Ursula or Olivia regarding our situation - She told me that this matter would be given to her mangement and supervisors as after weeks of been messed around by global visa's - NOTHING had changed and Nicole, who was our case worker from whom we received no assistance fomr for over two months would still be our contact person!! I recieved an email from Bronwen last week in our Client Login regarding OVERDUE payment!! Now, if she had taken the time to speak to her supervisors this matter is out of my hands as our refund request was been looked at!! Please tell me HOW I must pay when our refund request is been looked at?? I was told this would take a week or two - Well I am still waiting to hear!! NOW, I recieve a message threatening LEGAL action!! Really?? What is wrong with you people!! Stop harrasing me and my Husband and give us our money back AS REQUESTED!!! We have followed all the correct channels and I have all the paper evidence!! Honestly!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! Bronwen, I would suggest you take this matter up with your supervisors and I am now sick and tired of been treated the way I am by you people!!
