Poor Subscriber Treatment

ST delivered in no plastic bag. As it was raining the paper was ruined. Phoned and Grace said she would advise delivery people. No re-delivery. On Monday spoke to Fosi who said she would extend my subscription by a week and notify me by email. Nothing happened. On Tuesday I spoke to Kolisi who said she would get Fosi to phone me. Nothing. On Wednesday I asked to speak to a supervisor. Was promised that Diane or Grace would call me back as they were busy on the phone. Nothing. So far I have made 6 calls (2 cut-off) and had to post this. All because the ST has such disregard for its (loyal) subscribers. If you are thinking of subscribing take a look at the complaints about ST and rather don't. It is way too much trouble dealing with these unprofessional people. Save the R831 annual subs and read the news on the internet.
