Unisa fails again

I write this complaint out of sheer frustration and total disappointment. I suppose two months of queries and asking for assistance has led me to post yet another complaint.

I am currently registered for the ENN103F module. English for academic purposes. The assignment given was problematic yet i completed it and sent it in long before the due date. It is going onto two months now and i have received not a single mark nor any feedback regarding my progress and results. This alone is terrible for an institution as large as Unisa. Sadly..this is not the first time but this is by far the worst experience so far.

I have asked for assistance, sent out emails, posted a dozen comments but still no reply. The lecturer has not even posted a comment to inform students of what is going on.

I hope Unisa can determine the problem and supply the solution as this is UNACCEPTABLE I do not expect any response as Unisa tends to brush off complaints and their students needs.
