UNISA and their non existent service

I have sent several emails for the past few months and have not received any sort of feedback from the Ombudsman. I have taken 25 subjects, I have received 24 distinctions and my lowest mark before PST312M was 76%. I received 59% for this one exam that had numerous mistakes and my final mark was 62%. The fact of the matter is that I did not receive a single reply from this lecturer and the questions I had came up in the exam. It was an unfair exam that everyone complained about.
UNISA has the worst service with lecturers that simply do not care about their students. Please, if you are considering studying through UNISA look at an alternative, you will only have an uphill battle from the very first moment you have to deal with them!
Seriously annoyed student!!!
