Mathematics Study guide is filled with errors

SO I have decided to forget about my email address that I have yet to receive any confirmation of through hellopeter.

This is a new complaint.

After opening up my books I see that they have included an "additional Notes" book that includes 40 pages of errors I have to rectify on their work. This is what they have picked up. After rectifying said errors (Doing their job essentially) I have come across so many OTHER wrong answers. I would say steps, but they don't include any steps of any kind.

How is anyone meant to be able to study a subject when half of the stuff is wrong??? This is unacceptable. You people are more than happy to take close to R10 000, but wont even return an email or phone call!!!

I will boycott this company until I am blue in the face. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
